Good evening Troop 255, 

> Our next weekly meeting is this Thursday, 13 April at 7 pm in the St Mary’s gym. The activity will be cooking sandwiches over a campfire (outside, of course). We’ll provide the sandwich bits and pieces, you bring your own drink and maybe a camp chair. No need for an umbrella as the weather report says it will be sunny all day, and the weather report is never wrong… right?? 

> The meeting scheduled for next Thursday, 20 April is for the TLC and adult committee, so if you’re not quite to 1st Class rank yet, you have the 20th off. 

> Our next campout is scheduled for 21-23 April and we have another campout scheduled for 19-21 May as well. > Signup is also available for our Court of Honor on 4 June. Please sign up early as we have to plan for the catered main dish. 

> Summer campers, It’s not too early to start getting ready for summer camp. A perfect place to start would be to attend one or both of our upcoming monthly campouts so you can check your gear and get accustomed to tent life again (it’s been a little while for most of us). Also, if you need new camping gear, or if you need to replace old gear, the Scout Store in Troy is having two camping gear sale days, one in April and one in May. Give them a call at 248-526-0169 to ask for details.  We’re sneaking up on the end of our 2022 / 2023 Scouting year, but we have lots of fun stuff planned. We very much look forward to seeing everyone soon to share fellowship and friendship.
